This policy explains what personal data 4tyone ("we", "us") collects through this website and through the Jerry Agentic LinkedIn Page, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- LinkedIn interactions with our Page. When you comment on a Jerry Agentic post, mention the Page, or send the Page a message, we receive the content of that comment or message and the basic profile information LinkedIn shares with Page admins (your name, headline, and profile identifier).
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
- Website. This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.
We do not access your LinkedIn connections, feed, private messages with other people, or any data beyond your interactions with our Page.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your comments and messages, including through Jerry, our AI agent.
- To understand how our Page posts perform, using aggregate engagement statistics.
- To keep the service safe and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
AI-generated replies
Replies from the Jerry Agentic Page are generated by AI. To write a reply, the content of your comment or message is sent to an AI model provider, which processes it on our behalf and under its own data-protection commitments. The 4tyone team oversees Jerry and reviews conversations that need a human.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run Jerry and this site, and only as needed: LinkedIn (where the interaction takes place), our messaging and hosting providers, and our AI model provider. We may disclose data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep comment and message content for up to 12 months after your last interaction, then delete it, unless we need it longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal requirement.
Your choices and rights
You can delete your comments on LinkedIn at any time, or stop messaging the Page. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you by emailing mels@4tyone.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
